It was what it was...a clean, tiny, comfortable room for one night. We did not expect there to be stairs INSIDE leading up to the actual room. Staff was great.

Great staff and customer service but a very 3 star property. Nothing remarkable about this location but the lake view from the room was nice. We did not use the facilities at the sister resort, however we did walk by and thought it seemed significantly nicer. The train is no joke that comes by!

Spent one night with my partner and puppy. He had such a great time and we barely scratched the surface of what we could do in Nelson! We will be back for sure! Thank you for a wonderful stay. This place is great for walkability with the pupperoni!

The girl at the front desk was quite rude and snobbish towards me. The guy in front of me was able to secure free breakfast and a room upgrade after a fancy conversation with her . Now I wasn’t looking forward for anything free and made a joke with her about my free breakfast only to get a very rude response. Secondly we asked for third set of towels as the room was booked for 3 of us and same receptionist didn’t send it up until we had we called late the night. The room was dirty on chek in as it was not cleaned properly and had to be cleaned again which was promptly facilities by the supervisor and not the rude receptionist. I’m very disappointed by the service met out to me by Prestige Inn and will not be staying nor recommending here in the future.
