Fantastic and exclusive villa at 1.5 km. from the sea surrounded by greenery among olive trees, palm trees, lawns and ornamental plants. Its typical Salento stone construction located in the panoramic area of Santa Maria di Leuca is suggestive, which is why it represents an oasis of tranquility. Well-kept garden with plants typical of the area. The absolute protagonist is the swimming pool of about 98 square meters with salt water, thalassotherapy and waterfall. It is located in the center of the park close to which there is a portico and various shaded areas, ideal for experiencing moments of pure relaxation. The ancient stones present in the external façade bring back moments of the past. The whole thing is set in the 16th century. The first visual impact brings moments from that period back to life. The structure is thus composed of a main body and 2 outbuildings. The main body is structured as follows: 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room finished and furnished with taste and of the highest quality and air conditioned. The large window in the kitchen and living room allows you to enjoy the external panorama overlooking the pool at all times of the day. The two outbuildings detached from the main body are made up as follows: 3 bedrooms with relative 3 air-conditioned bathrooms.
