The accommodation consists of entrance hall, bathroom, living kitchen and a bedroom with 4 seats. It also has two balconies with a splendid panoramic view.

You also have access to the communal garden and the private garden with sitting area and barbecue. Guests can also take advantage of a condominium parking space and a private car garage.
The apartment is located in a very quiet residential complex, surrounded by typical Ligurian vegetation. It is located 5 minutes by car from the sea, 2 minutes from the supermarket and 15 minutes by car from the most intense tourist points such as Loano and Alassio.
