Don’t stay here

Don’t stay here. The rooms are dirty. We were afraid to get under the covers because bed bugs. Neighborhood is not safe and not even that close to o’ hare.

The staff here is awesome! We've stayed several times and they're always courteous, helpful, friendly, and do whatever they can to help. The rooms are clean and they do their best to maintain the property. It's older, so though it may have some quirks because of age, I rate it pretty highly for a budget motel. (And our cats love the rooms!)

damage in the unit. the bathroom door jammed because of damage. Bugs. overwhelming smell of old cigarettes. Asked for towels are they inventoried the old ones before giving me new ones

I reserved a room for MY BIRTHDAY, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Never again will I ever get a room here! I had to have the room switched 3 times for just decent air conditioning! All 3 rooms that the clerk changed to the air conditioning did not work at all!! And the last room I was switched to, the lock did not work properly! The only reason I stayed in the last room was because it was almost 5 in the morning, I was tired. Never again! I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND IT HERE!!!! The clerk literally ruined my night, he ruined my birthday

The key card did not work half the time you had to run back and forth to get it reactivated to get in your room. The room was supposed to be smoke free room and as soon as you open the door you get hit in the face with smoke of cigarettes and also smoke from Marijuana and you almost get a contact high from it. I have bladder cancer and I am not supposed to be around smoke of any kind the floors were hard wood floors at least the cheep imitation kind and if you sprayed anything to try and kill the smell your feet then stick on the floors.the bed was like sleeping on a plywood board the mattress would crush down almost flat so you are mostly laying on the box fram under the mattress. I have had 2 lower back surgerys and it did not help my back so all in all it was a very unrestful weekend and when I told the guy at the front desk he looked at me like I was lying and turned to the security guard who was in my room with me and my wife checking things out told the guy yes it smelled that bad in the room and all the guy did was give me a bottle of stuff that did not kill the smell but made you feet stick to the floor. When I said something to the front desk the next morning that I should get a discount she did not say anything just gave me a card and said contact this person to complain. I will never stay at this hotel again and I would advise any one thinking of staying here do not stay here you will regret it big time don't waste your money here......
