Their booking profile states they accept animals and when we arrived we were told they do not. The receptionist was very kind and explained they have notified Expedia to remove that information. She cancelled our reservation with them and I have reached out to Expedia to credit my payment on Discover. She explained she could not do that on her end.

The property was good overall. The lobby and breakfast area were very cold due to recent snowfall. The parking lot had not been cleared of snow, so was icy and treacherous. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the common area and elevator were not sufficiently heated and were uncomfortably cold. Breakfast was ok but would've been better had the pancake machine been working. Overall a good value for a lower-tier facilty.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was difficult to get to even with Google map directions. Room was poorly painted, linens were clean, bathroom was a trip back in time. It had been painted which qas chipping off.
