The Harrison team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Steve was especially respectful and had a great sense of humor, which really stood out. The housekeeping team was always available and very helpful. The pools were amazing and kept very clean, which I really appreciated. The only downside was occasional unhygienic and disrespectful behavior from some guests in shared areas such as the lobby and pool deck, which unfortunately affected the overall experience at times. That said, I truly enjoyed my stay and only wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll definitely be back this time next year—this time for three nights! Thank you for everything

The room could be noisy at times, as the soundproofing was not very strong. We could hear people walking or running in the room above, and the ceiling light vibrated when they moved. That said, I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and the courtesy of the staff. The hot spring was clean and well maintained, which exceeded my expectations.
