Die Deluxe Zimmer entsprechen nicht demjenigen auf der Homepage. Es gibt 12 Deluxe Zimmer wovon lediglich 1 Zimmer demjenigen auf der Homepage entspricht. Für CHF 380.- pro Nacht unglaublich. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft - jedoch rechtfertigt diese den Preis keineswegs. Personal ist unfreundlich und arrogant - Mir wurde dann 1 Drink (haha) als Entschuldigung angeboten und der wurde mir dann auf der Rechnung noch verrechnet. Fazit: Aussicht traumhaft - wobei ich das Personal und den Service nicht weiterempfehlen kann.

The image is only an example of the deluxe category, but we understand seeing it might cause issues, we will work in the future to change this image and make our communication more transparent. Sehr schöne neu renovierte alte Villa

Pros: Die auf modernsten Komfort aber mit altem Bestand renovierte alte Villa!!
Cons: ---
Location: nur wenige Fahrminuten von Como entfernt
So ein freundlicher und aufmerksamer Empfang ist super und heute leider selten. Als wir ca. 15:00 angekommen sind, wurde uns spontan noch eine warme Küche mit Spagetti und Salat angeboten, obwohl das Restaurant geschlossen war.
