A helpful and friendly staff. The hotel restuarant food is OK , but anything special. The hotel rates is too high for the quality and location. When I checked out at the hotel I asked for a print out for the my bill, I told I need to reach out to Expedia to the see the bill. i still cant find my bill on Expedia. i paid $2.000 (plus) for this hotel. Why is so difficult to view by bill?

Great location -easy to walk to cathedrals, restaurants and shopping. Parking on site. Modern and clean but I would not say a four star hotel- bumps and cracks in the ceiling; feels a bit dated.

unfortunately, we were just above the entrance to the hotel in the suite and every time the automatic doors open there was a noise that came up through the ceiling and into our room, which is very annoying. The Windows could probably use a cleaning too.

The hotel was close to St Patrick’s Cathedral and an easy walk to other tourist attractions. Our room was on a noisy corner of the building, but the bed was comfortable. The restaurant and bar were nice and the bartender was friendly.
