Staff wonderful , king room clean spotless, bed comfortable, water, tea etc provided.walk in shower clean and easy to use.breakfast lovely and staff again so courteous, helpful. Staff explained re parking , and sorted out cards. And best of all morning staff this morning in restaurant kind and so helpful. Easy to get to various areas we needs to visit 3 nights were fantastic

The location of this hotel checked all of the boxes for us. This hotel was easily accessible on the bus line and had parking, a grocery store nearby and friendly, helpful staff! We did not eat on the premises but there seemed to be many who did.

Excellent hotel for the price you pay. Clean and modern hotel room. Good location to the centre if you don’t mind taking a 10 minute bus journey. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can not have an opinion on that. My only criticism is that there were lots of noisy guests walking down the corridor at all different hours of the night which would disturb us

While we appreciated it was a busy weekend we were unaware there would be so little parking and staff didn't give us alternatives only for we were familiar with the area we wouldn't know where to go. Also didn't tell us when checking in B&B wasn't included even though we though we had included it on booking or options for it. The next day when went down for breakfast we weren't explained to that there was an option to pay and get breakfast, we found this out from another guest later. Some of the staff were very nice while others didn't seem to care and we felt like we were an inconvenience when asking anything. At dinner on evening after a long wait the main course came out before we even received starters, glass for one of the drinks cracked and whole drink should have been replaced instead of just glass as could have been glass shards in it, it was only lemonade not an expensive drink. It would be great if dining room was separate from bar area. Doubt we'd stay there again.

Lovely hotel, nice food and room. Only problem was the car on the double yellow lines that almost stopped us getting out of the car park when we had to leave for a 7 am flight. I had told reception it was there ther evening before but they never got it moved.
