I never had a single cigarette in my mouth, when I was coming from a tour the front desk guy challenged me saying that I smoked in my room. He was extremely rude embarrassing me right in front of other people at the lobby. Horrible situation.

Localização boa, mas precisa melhorar

A localização do hotel é excelente, muito próxima de tudo, o que facilitou bastante minha estadia. O café da manhã é bom, porém com poucas opções. No primeiro dia, a recepção não foi muito boa, mas nos dias seguintes o atendimento melhorou. Um ponto negativo foi que os lençóis tinham um cheiro desagradável, o que comprometeu o conforto. Além disso, o hotel é extremamente barulhento, o que pode atrapalhar o descanso.

A minha experiência foi razoável, o quarto é OK e meu objetivo era deixar as bagagens e ter um local para tomar banho antes de ir para o aeroporto. No checkin foi informado que o hotel não possuía bagageiro e também não poderia deixar as malas na recepção. Nem sempre o horário do voo coincide com checkin então poderiam melhorar isso. Não cheguei a experimentar o café da manhã pq saímos muito cedo. O Box do banheiro deixa tudo alagado, mas a limpeza estava boa. Quarto pequeno e localização ok.

Vale o custo benefício!

O atendimento foi bom, o café da manhã tbm, mas o quarto tem pouca circulação e fica um cheiro de mofo. O papel higiênico oferecido é bem ruim, a localização é ótima e o serviço de quarta funciona bem e todos os dias. Vale a pena o custo benefício, poderiam ter um serviço de guarda de malas aos clientes que estão saindo.
