The hotel is beautiful and I upgraded to a room with a view. The furniture is old, I guess resembling the rooms in Paris. The staff was friendly. I did not visited the spa.

There are no water bottles in the room. We called room service to see if we could get some water brought to our room and no. They do not have in room dining and therefore will not bring you water. You have to leave your room to go into the casino and buy it. Annoying and weird.

The beds were comfortable, but bathroom had stoppers missing, so shower door kept hitting wall loudly. Also, shower leaked and their floors are slippery!!
