"Ist das dritte Mal dass ich dorrhin gehe und sicherlich das letzte Mal. Schon beim Check In über 2 Stunden warten müssen..nur 2 Schalter offen obwohl 4 nur rumgestanden sind ( das gleiche übrigens beim Check out) der junge Mann an der Rezeption den ich wg der Situation angesprochen habe plus wg zu bezahlendem WiFi meinte nur, dass wenn es mir gefallen sollte ich doch in ein anderes Hotel gehen sollte!!! Man stelle sich das mal vor. Die Hotelanlage selber ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Wird überall gespart. Zimmer (3 mal Suite gebucht) in einem desolaten Zustand.. WC Spühlung nicht funktioniert..Balkontüre defekt..defekte Böden etc"
