Der Angestellte an der Rezeption konnte kaum Deutsch, dafür relativ gutes Englisch. Es war einfach sehr seltsam, dass meine Reservation nie von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht wurde. Wir mussten vor Ort in Cash bezahlen aufgrund eines "Fehlers mit dem Onlinebanking" oder sowas. Darüber wurden wir im Voraus auch nicht informiert. Dies erklärt wohl, warum ich nie eine Bestätigungsmail bekommen habe. Gleiches war bei den zwei Gästen vor uns. Diese hatten nicht genug Cash dabei und wurden zuerst zum nächsten Bankomaten geschickt. Ich habe zwar eine schriftliche Quittung erhalten, werde aber trotzdem regelmässig überprüfen, ob mir das Geld nicht abgezogen wurde.
