A great hotel and perfect location.

Great location for our family. We loved our room - large enough for 3 adults. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. There was a bar in the hotel and we visited it and had a great cocktail.

Property and check in were great. The room was nice and clean, the only issue we had was that our room was ground level facing the road and it was quite loud at night. Luckily, we had ear plugs, so be sure to have some. Otherwise, great place to stay, especially the location.

Nice hotel in a convenient, beautiful location. Room was comfortable and clean, staff was helpful. The room with a view of the water was worth the price. No onsite laundry rooms just a service you can use to send out the laundry (expensive prices and they charge per clothing item).

Cant beat the location. Right at the entrance to Quay Street, steps from everything, including the Spanish Arch. Our room overlooked bothe Quay Street with views of the ocean.

I would rank the quality of sleep a 2 star. The pillows were so hard and thick. I tried to use one and woke up an hour later with a total pain in my neck. I had to roll up a towel to use as a pillow instead.

This hotel is in an amazing location in the Latin Quarter. Amenities and staff were great, and the bar and outdoor patio were very nice. My only complaint was the heavy perfume smell throughout the hotel, including in the room. I think this is a signature thing for this hotel brand, which we weren’t aware of before booking. Being sensitive to scents this was the only downside for me. Obviously that’s not something that will bother everyone, but good to be aware ahead of booking! That said, open windows aired out our room, and we spent little time in the lobby, so it wasn’t a complete deterrent, and given all the other positives, I would stay again!
