What I liked - very convenient to the airport. Easy to walk across the street and have a pizza for dinner at La Gioconda. Pleasant staff. I was able to return my rental car a day early and avoid the mad dash in the morning before my flight. What I didn't like - there was only 1 USB outlet in the room. It was on the back of the TV and it was slow to recharge. The room didn't have "European French" or "North American" charging ports; only Swiss charging ports. If I didn't find the USB port on the TV I would have been screwed.

The stay in this hotel was simply not good, we were on a ground floor room with a window that would not even stay shut, much less lock making it feel unsafe. The fridge did not work whatsoever so we couldn’t have any cold drinks, the room was far too hot with no real control of the thermostat apart from turning the “fan” up or down with no breeze at all. And to top it all off the vending machine gave me the wrong drink when I used it. The only decent thing about this place is I liked their pillows.

Good proximity to GVA, clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Only downside is that check-in took too long.

They need to improve internet connectivity in the rooms it’s extremely poor and plugs are not friendly for international travellers. Internet is the fuel of today. I would opt not to go back is those things are not addressed

Simple but does all that is required.

Small and basic room but was absolutely fine for me as a solo traveler. Couples may find it restrictive. Great to have a fridge in the room. Only a short walk to the airport although going the other way to the hotel from the airport was a bit of trial and error. Check in was not in the Pratik but nearby at the Nash Airport Hotel.
