Certainement le meilleur choix sur hooper bay !

Cette maison est juste parfaite, pleine de charme, belle a l’intĂ©rieur trĂšs fonctionnelle et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e , elle a surtout par rapport Ă  d’autres un extĂ©rieur magnifique , table pour dĂ©jeuner, petit coin pour bronzer, un autre -pour l’apĂ©ritif et un ponton privĂ© pour aller dans l’eau. En bonus les propriĂ©taires sont adorables, rĂ©actifs et plein de bons conseils.

Photos truly don’t do this place justice. The views of Hooper’s Bay are incredible, and there is just so much to do, it’s like having your own private resort! 6 of us stayed here over New Year’s week, including two boys 10 and 12. We were all kept busy — between the pool, dock, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, SUPs and beautiful deck and “beach” to lounge on, you truly don’t have to leave to enjoy Exuma. But you’ll want to to take in everything the amazing island has to offer. We had two private chefs cook for us as well as a masseuse give us massages on the sandy beach, and the house was the perfect set up for both. We couldn’t have been more pleased! If you’re considering Nautilus by the Sea, book it now. You won’t regret it and will have Exuma “blues” the second you leave. We can’t wait to come back!

Nautilus By the Sea was absolute paradise!!! The owners and property manager were so helpful! They gave wonderful recommendations, offered to pick up groceries for our arrival, arranged transportation, and responded quickly to any questions. The property is beautiful! Exactly as what is portrayed in pictures! Don't hesitate to book!!!

Absolutely amazing

We just returned from an incredible stay at Nautilus by the Sea. The house was so clean and well stocked. It’s new with all the amenities. Everything you need is provided. Monica will take care of you. She had groceries and lunch waiting when we arrived which was very much appreciated! She gave is recommendations for restaurants and anything else we needed. She is very kind and gracious. The view is breathtaking. The grounds are beautiful and there are so many things you can do is paddleboard, snorkel, play corn hole, swim or just sit by the pool. You can even order ahead and have some Bahama Mama’s delivered! I can not say enough good things. Thank you for an awesome experience and a wonderful memory for our family Monica!

Absolutely Amazing Family Vacation

Where do I even begin....this house was amazing! From the second we opened the front door our family was in love! It's your own private paradise! The owners designed this house around the natural beauty and enjoyment of the property in mind. Located on Hooper's Bay, we had sea turtles visit us every morning and every evening. Our family loved relaxing on the tree covered deck, sitting on the dock, kayaking to the sandy beach, paddle boarding, swimming in the most gorgeous water and so much more right in your own front yard! We had 6 adults all having more than enough space and privacy. The house was cool and comfortable throughout. We all slept so well every night. Location is wonderful as well. Minutes to the airport, a small grocery and meat market and to Georgetown. 30 minutes either way gets you to any beach you want to explore from the Tropic of Cancer to Coco Plum. The last night of our vacation we enjoyed Cocoplum Bistro for dinner. We went around the table with each family member sharing their "favorites" from the week. Every person said the house was one of their favorite things. We woke up every morning in paradise! Last but not least, Monica our host was wonderful! She met us the first day, showed us around and told us about events that were taking place on the island. I texted with her throughout the week with ease. Thank you for such a relaxing week spent making memories that my family will always cherish!

Beautiful Paradise!

Our home on Hoopers Bay was cool and comfortable with everything we could have needed! Being on the water with the ability to snorkel and turtle watch right off our own dock was amazing. Our just stocked our fridge and grocery stores were close by. We made most of our meals at home on the grill and enjoyed the family time.

Family Vacation @ Nautilus By The Sea

We had a great time at Nautilus By The Sea, beautiful view from the deck and dock. Family of 5 fit very comfortably. Concierge Monica put us in contact with private chefs and had two great dinners. The location is perfect and very central to grocery, liquor stores, boat rentals, beaches, etc.

A perfect home in paradise!

Let’s start with, JUST WOW! WOW, WOW , WOW! From organizing and planning with Monica everything was perfect. Even when we missed our flight do to airplane mechanical problems Monica came to the rescue! We sent her a list for groceries and we were delighted to have them all there and waiting for us after a few days of dealing with delayed flights. We walked into the house and immediately fell in love with the views, layout and attention to detail the owners put into this beautiful home. We were a party of five and we had more than enough room. We had our own outdoor playground. We kayaked, paddle board, snorkeled and just enjoyed our coffee on the private deck. We saw turtles, tons of fish and a daily visit from a ray. We named him Manny! We woke up every morning and just went outside to enjoy the beauty. Monica and her assistant Krissy were so attentive during our stay! We relied on them for recommendations, and all their recommendations worked out great. House is located near everything. If you are thinking of booking this home. Do not hesitate. It truly made our stay perfect! Thank you for making our vacay perfect!

Incredible experience

Everything about this place was amazing! Monica was simply amazing and stayed in contact with us throughout the trip and took minutes to respond to questions! She went above and beyond with airport transportation and grocery shopping before we got there. Everything was exactly as stated and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to stay! When we come back we will for sure be staying here again that’s how incredible the experience was.

Perfect House

We absolutely loved the house and our host, Monica was truly outstanding. She was super responsive and made sure our stay was flawless. House is beautiful and basically brand new - can't beat that. Pictures don't do the outside justice either. We loved being able to hang out in back, swim in back, and hop on paddles & kayaks and just head out. The 3 min walk to a great beach was a huge bonus. We really loved hanging out there. Kitchen is stocked so we were able to cook whenever we wanted. bedrooms were a great size - plenty of room and places for clothes. Laundry also a great bonus. Honestly it was perfect. I'd stay at this home again in a heartbeat. Thank you Monica for an amazing trip that our family will never forget.

Ideal location

Nautilus by the Sea is a gem of a house. It is close to Georgetown and within walking distance of some shops yet is wonderfully private. The gardens surrounding the house are beautifully landscaped and the exterior provides plenty of space for a group of six adults to spread out. The interior is equally impressive. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. The great room comfortably accommodated our group and the kitchen provided everything you will need for your stay. The house manager Monica was immensely helpful both in the planning stages of our trip as well as upon arrival. A big thank you to the owners for sharing this wonderful house and to Monica for all your help.

Perfect house!

This was a great house for our family of four. Perfect location. We loved the privacy and seclusion of the property. We also loved the calm water and easy access to the ocean from the dock and stairs. Very clean and well decorated with no clutter. You can't go wrong with this house. We can't wait to go back there next summer!

A Piece of Paradise in Exuma

I actually wanted to write my review after day one at Nautilus by the Sea, but I messaged the owners direct and waited till I got back the the UK to write the Vrbo review. This is THE most incredible place - the online photos don't do it justice. The photos are accurate, don't get me wrong, but to arrive at and stay at NBTS, is totally breath taking. Walked up to the front door is like a little oasis of colourful shrubs and flowers and the white and blues were just gorgeous. Then when Monica opened the front door, all of us took a sharp intake of breath and unanimously went 'WOW'! It is the most stunning place inside and out. The decor, the colours, the furnishings the fixtures and fittings - just designed and decked out with love and feels like you have really arrived in Exuma. The entire kitchen/living area is open plan and looks out on to the patio terrace and then out on to the dock and the sea. That was our view, every day for 5 days and we were so unhappy to leave - mainly because we wished we had booked it for longer instead of moving on to somewhere else on the island. Amenities wise, it has everything you need and I can't say that about many self catering homes. We used the BBQ every day. Kayaks and paddle boards too. Being on Hoopers Bay is spectacular and we saw lots of turtles (take them lettuce) and marine life from the dock. 100% the only place we will stay in Exuma when we go back. If they will have us. Thanks so much for the opp to stay in your beautiful home.

Wonderful home

The Nautilus by the Sea was perfectly located on Hooper’s Bay. You can kayak, paddle board and snorkel right out the back door. The bay is unbelievably clear and we were able to see several species of fish right from the dock. The home is lovely with incredible views. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful Property!

The home is so nice, and well appointed on the water, centrally located in Georgetown, near the meat market and easy to get around to most anywhere. The pics of the property don’t do it justice - it’s absolutely stunning. The kitchen has nice features, all new appliances, great cooking ware, and the bathrooms are all nice and new. I would definitely stay here again. Don’t have any reservations about staying, just book it. The property mgr Monica is an absolute delight and terrific communicator too. Loved our time here!

Gorgeous Property

Rented the house for a girls trip and the photos online do not do it justice. Monica was amazing and met us at airport and took us to the house. When you walk in, you are blown away by the view. Everyday we had a turtle show up (we named George) and we fed it lettuce. We had huge nurse sharks swim by the house three days and the kayaks were easy to load in the water and take us over to the beach. I recommend taking the water taxi over to Chat N Chill and have a drink and feed the stingrays. It did rain a few days but the house was spacious and we had games and tv to keep us entertained. We will be back to this property soon!

Hooper's Bay Paradise!

What an absolutely perfect property to spend a week in paradise with our group of friends. From the moment you walk in the front door, you are greeted by the most spectacular view of the water. You can tell the house was built with so much thought and care. It's beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds, and plenty of space to spread out and relax. We used the paddle boards and kayaks every day. The turtles swim by daily, or you can paddle down to the docks to see a bunch more. The backyard and dock were our favorite spots to hang out and relax. The internet went out on the island for the week but we hardly noticed. Monica was an excellent host, very responsive to our questions, and even brought over a DVD player because the internet was out. We are already planning our next trip to come back. This house has one of the best views in the Exumas, thank you for allowing us to rent it for the week!
