This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 adults and 2 children. A pool overlooking the ocean, a large yard, and an outdoor bar with a Hibachi grill make it perfect for family gatherings or relaxed evenings. The house is fully air-conditioned, equipped with modern amenities, and powered in part by solar energy with natural filtered rainwater.
