"A perfectly okay stay with a good view, though the room would have been too tight if I bring more luggage or an extra person. I stayed in the room category called “Heaven”. Sheets and surfaces clean. Walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbor snoring. Some areas show wear and tear, for example, I could not properly close the sink to handwash some small clothing items. There was a weird smell and some brown-pink residue (bacteria!) in the sink drain. Staff was friendly upon check-in and when I got my coffee. Otherwise no contact. An extra towel to step out of the shower would have been nice but I guess we can’t expect much for this price."

"Zimmer im 10.OG neben der Aussichtslounge aber nachts haben besoffene Jugendliche dort laut gefeiert. Telefon im Zimmer negativ. Musste persönlich zur Rezeption. Danach war Ruhe. Hotel Crew 5* Rezeption mega lieb und hilfsbereit, jung dufte und sehr offen. Ich komme wieder gerne dann ins 9.OG weit weg von der Lounge im 10. OG."
