This was a great place to stay for our family reunion of 22 people from 6 different households , with 3 generations ( teenagers to senior citizens) and 8 teens. We appreciated the large swordfish suite living area and kitchen where we usually gathered, but also liked the separate 4 smaller suites with smaller kitchens and washer/dryers where each family could spend the occasional introverted time. The property was well stocked for pool time, beach time, and home cooked meals. Very conveniently located to beach, Publix grocery store pharmacy, beach supply store, coffee and many others. The 6 person electric golf cart was also useful for easily cruising to either norther or southern tip of the island.

Great property for our family of 20 - adults and kids. Outside space and pool area were well enjoyed. Key pad locks were nice but the kids figured out to unlock them quickly. The downstairs room was very useful. If it had a stove it would have been perfect. The property is in good condition.

Great Large Family Vacation Spot

The property was complete. Fully furnished as mentioned on website. We had 27 in our group ranging from 1 month old to 63 years of age. Lots to do for all. Pool was fantastic with a large game room adjacent. Grills were used multiple times. Beach location is 200 yards. Golf carts were great. Highly recommend. Grocery, restaurants, shops, bars, all with in half mile. Highly recommend. we will be back.

Large family vacation

Stayed with 12 children and 14 adults and the place was the perfect size for our group! Everything was great and very accommodating to families with small children. Very close walk to the beach. Great pool! The large multipurpose room could really use a dishwasher especially for groups that like to cook and eat together! Make sure kids wear shoes on the stairs/deck or they will get slivers.otherwise no issues! We had a wonderful time!

Great property.

This is a perfect place for big families who need separate space. Each unit is accommodating, spacious, and inviting. The pool, hot tub, lower gathering room, and quick walk to beach with wagon and toys was a huge plus! The only reason for three stars for cleanliness was because our socks were dirty from the floor and washing machines could be cleaned from dirt, but I am a neat freak so it probably wouldn't bother others. It's a huge place to keep clean so it's understandable and the cleaning lady we met was a gem and so sweet! There was immediate response if there was a question. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

This property was great for our family! Plenty of gathering areas and plenty of separate areas too. We liked the location near restaurants and grocery store. The beach was close and beautiful. Any issues that came up were quickly taken care of by the owners. We will definitely come back!

Family Vacation

Great property, great location with close beach access. The plants around the pool could have been trimmed back to allow more access to the chairs and the grills were not in good shape. The overall layout was perfect giving everyone their own space or the ability to gather together in the large common areas.

Great location close to beach and stores, our group of teenagers enjoyed having their own space and everyone loved the pool. The space is huge, having different kitchens worked out well and everything was clean and well appointed. Highly recommend.

Amazing house for a group!

This house was a wonderful set up for multiple families vacationing together! It had everything we needed and was a great location. So close to the beach and grocery stores! It was probably one of the best stocked homes any of us have ever stayed at as far as kitchen items, toiletries, beach items and extras. The hosts were amazing and incredibly responsive! They promptly answered all our questions and gave great recommendations for the area. All the families agreed it was the perfect set up and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and spacious property!

We loved staying here. The area is great and so many things within walking distance - beach, grocery store, restaurants, and shops. We did take the free Trolley and the Monkey Bus to explore the area further- both were easy to hop on. We had plenty of space in this rental. Happy that there was a rec room area where we could all gather together to play games, etc. The property manager was very responsive throughout our process which was much appreciated! It was perfect. We were 14 people! With this property we could all gather together but we also had separate spaces when it was best to be apart! It was walkable but also close to access the public busses. We had a small problem when we arrived and the owner handled it right away! We'll go there again!

Best Beach House For a Big Family!

My family of 14 stayed here from October 8th - the 12th! It was amazing and I would absolutely recommend. We have rented a lot of houses in Florida but never for this many people so I was concerned about too much togetherness. There is so much space for everyone to have their privacy and plenty of places to all be together. The room on the ground level was perfect for all gathering together, with foosball plenty of seating for everyone, a separate refrigerator and a separate ice machine made filling coolers for the beach a breeze. It is about a 2 minute walk to the beach which was sooo amazing!!! The garage has everything you need. So many chairs ( enough for all 14 of us ) and the beach wagon to haul everything was a life saver! Toys for kids, a corn hole set, plenty of balls for the pool which we used so much, a paddle board, a surf board and so much more! Another bonus is that there are so many beach towels for all to use! All units are decorated beautifully and everything is so clean. We spent alot of time in the heated pool also, which has a basket ball hoop that my teenage boys could not get enough of. I can no say enough good things about this property. Sorry if it sounds like I'm rambling but if I could give 10 stars I would. We will definatly be back.

Big family vacation 2023

Perfect for large family gatherings! This property had something for everyone; especially the individual units for each family. From first making contact with owner to book the desired week to the day of checkout, my experience was super easy and stress free. Owner staff is friendly, professional and responds quickly. The property is clean, modern, well stocked to meet every need, fun, has amazing pool and the location is perfect for beach time and shopping. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with all 19 members of our extended family. We couldn’t have found a more perfect location to lodge 4 individual families. The only thing that would have made it more special would have been a welcome gift from the host; otherwise, it was perfect!

Family Beach Trip

The property was everything we expected and more. Our extended family makes an annual trip to the beach. This was the first time we have been to Anna Maria Island in many years. The close proximity to restaurants and shopping were a huge plus. Having a private pool was so enjoyable as well as the short walk to the beach which we made at least twice each day. The large gathering areas made family times extra special. We look forward to staying here again.

Elbow Room - perfect for extended family

This house exceeded expectations! We had 16 extended family members, and the 10 bedrooms here gave us plenty of elbow room. The house has clearly been recently remodeled from 4 separate small apartments, and that worked well for us for a bit more quiet some of us like/different schedules. Beds were comfortable, and kitchens were well-stocked. Pool is large, with lots of deck space chairs and tables. Each suite had plenty of bathrooms, plus laundry facilities. Sunrises and sunsets from the small rooftop deck! The walk to the beach was SUPER short and easy. Lots of beach supplies in the garage, including umbrellas, tons of beach chairs, games, paddle board, and a great wagon to haul it all in. Also plenty of parking for 6+ cars. Only downsides for us were lots of stairs, and that it was really most convenient for our group to hang out together by the pool (not inside) due to the separated nature of the suites- so keep that in mind. We had no issues, and the property manager was quick to respond to our few questions.
