I contacted the hotel ahead of time to ensure I would have access to a freezer to store breastmilk as I’m a new mother and need a place to store it while away from my infant. They said they would be able to and to just ask the front desk at check in. They instead brought be a second fridgerator. When I called again to ask for a freezer they said they had no freezers available for in the room and could not allow me to store any in their freezers elsewhere. Staff were blatantly dishonest about the amenities that would be available. If I had known that I would not have freezer access prior to checking in I would have stayed elsewhere while in Waikīkī, as it’s important to me to have a food supply for my baby. Very dissapointing as a mother and female in the 20th century.

The room was nice and clean! Pretty view of the ocean and most of the staff were very friendly. I did notice however that the charging outlets in the bathroom were very loose and unusable, the hair dryer was old and did not work, and there was an unfriendly valet attendant during my stay. Other than these very minor inconveniences, it was a very pleasant stay and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

CONS- It was frustrating not having a microwave in the room and even the dining area staff wasn't allowed to warmup outside food. No Netflix or major streaming services were available on tv. PROS-The hotel was less than 10minutes walk away from the beach so that was lovely. The housekeeping staff was super polite.
