"Wir waren erneut zu Gast in unserem Stammhotel und haben uns wie immer sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefreut hat es uns, dass unsere Lieblingsservicekraft Ben wieder da war – so startet man automatisch mit einem Lächeln in den Tag. Auch die fleißige Auszubildende möchten wir ausdrücklich loben, sie macht ihre Arbeit wirklich hervorragend. Etwas schade war, dass wir mitbekommen haben, wie ein Mitarbeiter (vermutlich der Koch) abfällig über Gäste gesprochen hat. Vielleicht wäre es sinnvoll, intern darauf zu achten, dass alle Teammitglieder jederzeit respektvoll über Gäste sprechen – gerade im Hinblick auf ausländische Besucher(das muss auch anderen Mitarbeitern aufallen und geht echt nicht). Trotzdem fühlen wir uns in Ihrem Haus sehr wohl und kommen immer wieder gerne zurück. "
