"Wir haben in der Dominikanischen Republik drei Hotels besucht, und dieses hier hatte das beste Animationsteam. Besonders die landestypische Musik, zu der wir gerne getanzt haben, sowie das tolle Essen haben uns begeistert. Einzig der Pool hat uns nicht wirklich zum Schwimmen eingeladen. Unser erstes Zimmer hat uns nicht gefallen, aber unser Concierge Erik hat uns beim Upgrade geholfen und auch sonst bei anderen Anliegen super unterstützt. Rückblickend merken wir erst richtig, wie freundlich das Personal in diesem Hotel war – vor allem, wenn man es mit anderen Hotels vergleicht. "
