"Unfortunately, there were major problems at check-in: I was sent a QR code for self-check-in, but no code to open the door to the self-check-in machine. There was a telephone number on the door, after 5 minutes on hold my European provider ended the call and blocked further calls for abroad. I stood outside the door for half an hour, then passers-by found me, they also tried to call the number, but nobody answered for 15 minutes. The passer-by then googled the apartment company and called another number, after 5 minutes we got through to them. However, the lady on the phone and the reception staff on the following days were very helpful and friendly. The apartment is well equipped, only glasses were missing. The apartment was very clean, the area is safe and there are many stores nearby, also the conference center is within walking distance. The rest of the stay was very good."
