"Schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit Zugang zum privaten Pool, und Smart-TV (Internetverbindung war nicht stabil... wir hatten Sturm??) Nutzung daher eingeschränkt. Leider kippte der Hotelpool und der private Pool war auch dabei.., vermutlich aufgrund des Wetters.. wobei der Pool auf dem Dach gut war... zu diesem gab es jedoch von der Rezeption keinen Hinweis. Wir habe die zwei Nächte vor Ort trotzdem genossen und den Privatpool noch genutzt-ohne Folgen- die Umgebung ist toll, mit leeren Stränden und schönem Bars/Restaurants direkt am Strand. Die Umgebung ist einen Abstecher wert. Restaurants in der zweiten Reihe sind wesentlich preiswerter ;-) Wir sind gegen 12Uhr angekommen und sollten auf eine Benachrichtigung warten um das Zimmer zu beziehen... Keine Nachricht kam.... Zu 15:30Uhr haben wir das Zimmer bezogen... Durch den Sturm stand unser Bad unter Wasser und in den Wohnbereich lief das Wasser auch. Das Personal war freundlich, die Umgebung war ruhig, das Zimmer gut ausgestattet und Mahahual ist einen Abstecher wert!"
