"Very nice, big Hotel with lovely rooms. Very clean, too! Simply elegant. Thank you for the reception changing our room for the Quiet one when the road Work suddenly started by the local community at 22.00 at Night. The balcon furniture and the big drying rack were great! Most of the staff was very friendly. The Spa Person a bit too serious - felt unpolite. I was a bit surprised that this level Hotel still uses a small plastic bottles for shampoo and conditioner. That is not very environment friendly. Over all very positive Hotel if you do not mind a lot of people in the breakfast room etc. Everything worked well despite the crowds. Nice to be able to park the rent a car so easily, too! Muchas Gracias especially the portier Pablo for Extremely friendly Service when we had to change the room in the middle of the Night. "
