Stayed 4 days with my family - my wife and 2 kids. Room was very spacious and clean, great service and the half board was relly worth - excellent dining offerins.

Five star hotel five minutes walk from Anfi Del Mar beach. Although not private but there are also 2 mini beaches on either side of the hotel. We found all facilities clean and tidy. Our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed on 7th floor in one bed sea view suite 711 It had living and dining area with sofa beds, dinning table and small kitchen, a balcony and a bedroom. Kitchen had washing machine, dish washer, oven/microwave combi, induction hob, hood, fridge/freezer. Generally our stay was very good and we found hotel staff very friendly and helpful. But I have given hotel 4 stars and not 5 due to following reasons. 1. There was a door between our room and the adjacent room and we could hear clearly the other people taking. They had a very young baby and we could hear baby crying in the night. They would have felt the noise from our room in similar way. You don't expect this in five star hotel.Not sure it was just our room or all rooms are like this. They need to improve sound insulation. 2. Although rooms were in good condition the bathroom dated and kitchen units were old and loose again not expected from five star hotel. 3. We noticed that cleaners did not always clean the floor of rooms and bathroom. 4. Hot food choice in a-la-carte restaurant is very limited and we found almost no hot food choice in other restaurant serving buffet dinner. For non vegetarians there was ample choice at either places. If hotel improves on these fronts then it is a very good hotel

peaceful and relaxing

Service was very good. Room was spacious and clean. There was lots to do at the hotel and the food was consitantly good. The breakfast in particularly was excellent. Perfect place to base your self in Gran Canaria.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel mit verschiedenen Pools 35/70/140-155cm und Kidsclub. In Gehdistanz zu Anfi Kidsdisco start 19.00Uhr. Frühstückbuffet super und auch Abendbuffet sehr gut. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Gehdistanz zum Meer ist super zu erreichen in 3-4 Minuten. Wir können es empfehlen.
