Beautiful detached house with private pool near the sea.

"Das Haus liegt verkehrstechnisch, sehr ruhig. Man kann von dort relativ schnell Syrakus oder auch NATO erreichen. Dario, unser Ansprechpartner war sehr zuvorkommend und spricht perfekt Englisch und Deutsch. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig unten an der Hauptstraße erreichbarDie nächstgelegene Küste ist sehr felsig, bietet aber tolle Möglichkeiten für KüstenspaziergängeDer Pool war angenehm temperiert und sauber. Er ist nicht sehr tief, aber völlig ausreichend für einen morgendlichen "swim"Das Haus ist als Ferienhaus gut nutzbar. Wir haben uns natürlich fast nur draußen aufgehalten. Sitzmöglichkeiten, innen gibt es auch. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Vielleicht ein Kartoffel Schäler mitbringen und ein besonders scharfes Messer. Ansonsten ist alles da. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist toll, wir haben dort jeden Morgen gefrühstückt.abends gibt's dort leider Mücken, und man muss die Mückengitter vor den Fenstern geschlossen halten. Einziges Manko: in der Nachbarschaft gibt es Hähne und die hört man bei offenem Fenster leider recht früh. Wir haben die Woche dort trotzdem genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. "
