"Zimmer war völlig OK und sauber, der einzige nicht so positive Punkt war beim Auschecken. Mann kann seine Rechnungsdaten Online nicht wie angegeben ändern, sondern muss erst anrufen und dann eine Mail mit den Daten schicken. Es würde aber gleich telefonisch darauf reagiert. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel und für den Preis gibt es nichts zu meckern!""

Im Großen und Ganzen schön!

"Leider hat man kein WLAN in den Häusern, sondern nur an der Rezeption.Wir hatten Ameisen im Haus, das war nicht so toll.Und die Kommunikation mit dem Check-in Personal war nur auf Englisch möglich. Und die Lebensmittel im Supermarkt waren sauteuer.Deswegen überall ein Punkt Abzug!Ansonsten hatten die Kinder viel Spaß im Pool und am Spielplatz und wir haben uns im Großen und Ganzen sehr wohl gefühlt. "

Eine tolle Unterkunft

"Wir haben das Hotel mit unseren drei Kindern besucht und sind absolut begeistert. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit – sowohl zu uns als auch zu den Kindern. Unser Familienzimmer war großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – frisch, vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch die Freizeitangebote im Hotel und in der Umgebung waren top: Der Poolbereich war sauber und sicher, und die Kinder hatten jede Menge Spaß. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal und sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten richtig entspannen. Für Familien mit Kindern können wir dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen – es gehört definitiv zu den besten, in denen wir je waren!"
