Location of the property couldn't be better. Easy walk to the Train Station as well as all the City Center attractions. Staff at front desk extremely friendly and helpful Upon our arrival they help us set up a canal tour (and had a discount code for us to use) and answered many questions regarding places to go and see and do and eat. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Shower was great by European standards and enough closet space for a 1 week stay. I would definitely stay here next time we visit Amsterdam.

The gentleman at the front desk went way beyond our expectation in getting us into our room early. Or flight arrived in Amsterdam at 6 am. We had anticipated a nap during our 7 hr flight but this did not happen. The hotel held our luggage while we walked a while and had breakfast. We really appreciated getting into our room early to sleep. Next time we travel we will book a room for our early morning arrival and not count on the kindness of strangers. We are greatful as this allowed us to be refreshed for our sight-seeing schedule. We loved the hotel location!

Wonderful hotel!

The staff was amazing, especially Murium, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Beautiful hotel would stay there again. Clean and excellent location!

A very good hotel option for leisure or business travelers. Staff are friendly and helpful, location is very good being in the center of town, and there are numerous venues for eating and drinking very close to the hotel. I was on the 3rd floor which was nice and quiet. The breakfast was also of good standard with plenty of variety. I would also add that the room was fairly spacious, furnished to a good standard and was clean, especially, the bathroom area which was spotless. Overall 10/10 and well worth the price point.

Perfect location.

Pro: Absolutely perfect location. Right on Dam Square. Walk to Ann Frank House, Chinatown and Red Light District with a short trolley to other major museums. Cons: It would have been good if we knew from day one that we could ask for an omelette at breakfast. We only found out when we saw one being delivered on our next to last morning. Better signage would work. The mattress topper leaves something to be desired. It moves to the point of sliding off. The city taxes are rather high due to the location.

I stayed three nights at the hotel. The location is perfect. You are walking distances from major attractions, train station, tram and buses. The room was small but had everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is excellent. I will definitely stay again during my next visit to Amsterdam.

The air condition was very noisy and to get to the room you needed to walk up and down stairs with 25kg is not ideal. Overall it is still a nice hotel that is central to everything
