Clean room Breakfastbwas often to crowded to get a seat as many tour busses were staying at this location This is district 3 if you want to do a lot of exploring in the central city choose a hotel in zone 1 Pool and patio are in front of the hotel on a very busy street. We didnt see anyone use the pool and the patio was mostly a smoking area

Luxurious, quiet room with a comfy bed. Very convenient location, ~25 minute walk from the museums and imperial city and ~5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops on the walking streets. They had some construction going on in front of the building, but mostly not an issue. I would gladly stay here again.

The staff is wonderful, especially Van Duc. He was incredibly kind. He helped us book our car from Hue to Da Nang. The rate was better than what was shown on Grab. He also provided great recommendations to a local bun bo Hue place that is a short walk from the hotel. The condition of the hotel was fine, but there was a strong mold smell and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall, the staff really made the stay bearable.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location was amazing. Best of all was Van Duc who went out of his way to ensure I was able to see the tombs and the pagoda on my very short time frame. His help and service was exceptional!
