The hotel is located at a great location. But the staff is absolutely terrible. They are rude and very unprofessional. They should be trained to speak to customers in a better way. My room wasn’t even ready even though I was checking in after 4 pm. The basic amenities were missing. It felt like they didn’t even bother preparing the room. But the most disappointing experience was the rude staff. They don’t even bother listening to what you have to say. Anyone planning on booking this hotel for their stay, pls be prepared to be treated like crap.

Great location steps away from the airport which was perfect for us when connecting flight got cancelled in the middle of the night. The night staff was very attentive to my family’s needs. Ceylan was especially kind and helpful, thank you! Not sure I can share the same opinion about the morning shift staff. They seemed to be happy to make extra money out of us.

A great hotel

It is a great hotel.i stay here twice a year as it is very near the airport. They even supplied courtesy car for me as i have mobility issues. The only thing i can say is that i ordered room service for dinner. It was lovely, but my main meal was not covered and was cold by the time i had my lovely soup. Otherwise i had a loveky stay as always

A decent hotel for a night as we had an early flight the next day. Shower had some moldy areas in the grout and seams but it was ok. I can’t say there was anything spectacular about the hotel besides it being close to SAW airport. Again, it’s a good option for a quick night’s sleep.
