Front desk staff are so rude. Just asking for another room key was difficult and she made a big deal about it. OMG! Give me a break! My sister lost her key and was asking for one and she asked a lot of questions. The other one didn't know what he was doing. Cleaning ladies were great! Bfast was the same everyday. Safety is a question mark.

Water pressure when showering wasn’t good, the drain in the shower wasn’t good, very thin walls, the smells in the hallways were very stuffy and trapped smells due to the carpet.
