Hotel staff are all polite and friendly. Breakfast is amazing. I love the coffee machine 24 hours spa and pool is very relaxing.

The room we stayed in smelled very musty and like mildew. There were ants in the room and some food crumbs on the floor, most of the room was vacuumed but a couple spots were missed near the beds. The hallways leading up to our room also smelled old and musty, it seems this hotel (or at least the part that we stayed in) is due for rennovations! The bath tub in our room was patched up in at least 12 different spots, and looked like a child had painted it several times. Overall it was not the quality I would expect from a Best Western plus! The pool area was actually nice, and the hottub might be the only reason stopping me from giving this hotel a 1 star. We enjoyed the hot tub, the food was what is to be expected (not great but mostly edible).

Our first room, upon opening the door had a low battery alarm from the smoke detector sounding every 30 seconds. Front desk could not resolve right away, so gave us another room. In the other room, the condition of the bathtub was unacceptable as many areas of the caulking around the tub were black with mildew, totally unacceptable, we didn’t use the tub for hygienic reasons! Bathroom needs a total Reno! Ceiling in the main area was peeling due to possible leak at some time (top floor); insufficient power outlets for devices; furniture showing wear. Bed was clean & comfortable, but overall, room in serious need of updating!

Elevator needs repair. Felt like I was in a Roller coaster. Elderly with balance issues may find it very unpleasant. Elevator doors don’t open very well, thought I’d be hitting the emergency button. 1*. Rooms are dated but clean 3*. Staff amazing 5*. Awesome indoor pool and very clean 5*. Breakfast was excellent 5*

Excellent place to stay. Obviously a refurbished building turned into a hotel. My only complaint is the poor lighting in the room a nd especially poor lighting in the bathroom. Otherwise a great spot and fair pricing.
