We always provide awelcome letter to all of our guests upon arrival with all useful information and guests aremore than welcome to discuss with our staff any queries they may have.We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with food and drinks. We offer ninerestaurants to accommodate all tastes and needs with a wide range of dishes to choosefrom. Regarding the all-inclusive drinks, we offer a good selection of local and foreign drinks,which are careful selected and well known around Greece. If you choose branded drinks,these are with extra charges and they are in line with the Greek prices. All hotel’sinformation are on our website.The hotel is built on a hill as it is written in hotels description, but upon request we can offerrooms on ground floor, or close to main facilities and during the stay there is always theoption to use the club cars to move around.It is a shame that we were not given the opportunity to rectify some of these issues.
