"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Saint Nicolas. Das Hotel ist aufwendig und wertig renoviert und das sieht man an jeder Ecke. Auch das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstücksbuffet, da dieses (vor allem im Vergleich mit dem französischen Standard) eine breite Auswahl bietet und zusätzlich die Speisen von hoher Qualität sind. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und man kann von dort La Rochelle sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden, es gibt Parkplätze direkt am Hotel diese sollte man jedoch im Vorhinein reservieren."
