Hotel room was clean but rundown. Towel rack came off wall when a towel hung on it. Missing hook on back of bathroom door. We travelled with our dog so perhaps the rooms reserved for travellers with pets are less cared for. Noisy well past 11 pm with the kids from a hockey team in next room. Breakfast bar was very good and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wingate Lethbridge has an excellent location, right off the highway. Easy walking to shops, park and mall. I was traveling with my dog and the room was excellent, located on a quiet end of the hall near the stairs. Staff were friendly.

The place is clean and quiet. Very polite staff. The hotel uses Dove scented products. These are the worst products I have encountered in hotels as they are heavily scented. Even if I did not have a scent sensitivity, I would find these products difficult to use as they are so pervasive. I know that Dove makes other products with much less scent including unscented. Those would be a great alternative.
