The Corinthia is a first-class experience in Lisboa. From the facility to the eager and friendly staff, I have no issue recommending this hotel. I have not stayed in any hotel on vacation that I did not want to leave. The restaurants are wonderful as well. The only thing that could make it better is if you could move it near the beautiful beaches. A true 5-Star experience.

Great hotel! Coming in from Paris, only 15 minutes from the airp[ort, this was stay was an excellent change of pace. Modern, clean, well appointed. Shuttle service to downtown Lisbon. The restaurant Erva was the best food we had while in Europe for nearly 2 weeks. And the hotel is superbly reasonably priced. Would stay again.

The property is clean and modern. There is also a well equipped gym, a decent sized swimming pool, and two restaurants. We only had a few drinks at one of the restaurant bars and the service was excellent. The only hiccup was that one of the room card stopped working on two occasions during our three day stay, and on the first night, my partner and I ordered in-room dining service, and despite the caller repeating our order correctly back to us, my partner’s steak was cooked and served medium-well (although it looked well done), not medium-rare. When this was raised with the team, they checked with the chef and stated my partner had asked for it to be medium-well. When this was disputed, they did offer to cook a new steak, but it took a further 25 minutes to arrive, adding to the 40+ minutes we had already waited in the first place. When the steak arrived, it was already about 11:30pm. While we appreciate this is a busy hotel, we did expect the team to resolve such an issue without further delay, considering the time of night and the time we have already waited. It was not a great first impression, but we did enjoy other aspects of the hotel. For example, there is a complimentary shuttle that takes you into the city every day, running every 30 minutes from 9am to 6pm. Taxis were cheap and easy to come by, so getting back later was not an issue. All in all, aside from the issues we experienced, it was an enjoyable stay.

The property is wonderful. From the moment you walk in staff is helpful and lobby is beautiful. The only thing I would warn travelers about is the salon. Make sure you get the pricing and pay upfront. My bill was over double what I was expecting.

Corinthia Lisbon Superior Stay

Our stay at the Corinthia Hotel was perfection. Our room was beautiful and the hotel provided a crib for our infant which was super helpful given that our bed for the baby was lost at the airport. The restaurants and amenities at the hotel are fantastic. We used the pool a few times, we got massages at the spa, and we enjoyed breakfast and dinner a few times as well. The hotel also has a shuttle bus that takes you to the city center and brings you back for free each day. This was very convenient for days walking around Lisbon and relying on a ride back. I highly recommend a stay at the Corinthia Lisbon hotel.
