We stayed in a standard Twin Room and the room was large enough for 2 people. The mini bar was free and was refilled everyday which was a great touch by the hotel. View from the room was not the best and just overlooked the narrow street the hotel was located in. The hotel is situated in the uphill section of Lisbon, with the main sites located downhill from the hotel. The breakfast area had a lovely view of Lisbon and there were sections where you could sit, that acted like a private area. Plenty of option as well for breakfast. Staff were always friendly and helpful. If you are calling a taxi/uber to the hotel, the road is narrow and can only accommodate a single car at a time, so you may feel the pressure to embark your transport quickly.

Room very clean and well stocked with water, tea, coffee and snacks. Staff welcoming, friendly and professional and the Customer Relations Manager went out of his way to meet our requests. Spa area could have been more up market - didn't feel like lingering although very clean. My massage therapist, Maria Dulce Matos was excellent. Restaurant was very good. Breakfast was pricy but good quality. Hotel located on small side street - a shock to the system - but excellently located. In walking distance to squares, shops, restaurants and attractions. Rooms very small and not luxurious but had everything you needed and in excellent condition. Property felt cramped but well maintained.

Great Boutique Hotel

Great location and such a beautiful boutique hotel. Really friendly staff. Would certainly return next time we visit Lisbon Restaurant was amazing food and really nice to sit out with the city and castle views in the evening.

Yasoja and David the concierge’s were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was very clean. Yasoja was very helpful with tips about things to do. The restaurant and bar on the top floor had a beautiful view of the city which we enjoyed every day.
