Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel must have had a very recent face lift, it looks and feels amazing. Breakfast choice was good, everything was fresh at the buffet and plenty to choose from the a la cart menu.

Great!!! The breakfast and the food at the White and Blue hotel restaurant were amazing!! Very nice staff. Excellent location. Is not in the crowd of Lisbon and close to everything. Uber works perfect and súper cheap. I definitely will stay at this hotel again

The highlight of this hotel is the staff. Customer service is clearly important to them and I love that! I stayed here on my birthday. The staff surprised me with a cake and bottle of champagne! Unfortunately I was a little under the weather and couldn’t truly enjoy the complimentary service but the gesture meant the world to me. The view from my room was beautiful. The property is well kept and clean. My bathroom had some questionable stains on the wall but nothing super noticeable, i’m just hyper aware of stains lol. The bed was so comfy. I really enjoyed ny stay here and highly recommend you stay here too. If i’m ever in Lisbon again, this will be my choice accommodation.
