Gutes Hotel in Flughafennähr. Hat einen transport direkt zum flughafen und von dort aus kommz man überall hin.

Roof leaking buckets in corridor dated 1990 rooms swimming pool cold hot tub. It working all in all not very good hotel

Awful would never stay again

Mixed our room up gave someone else a key to access our room was on the middle of having a shower they walked right in Hotel staff said it was a error from the computer Staff are not helpfull and would not stay again The so called is terrible and nothing worked in there

A 1h du centre de Londres mais en soit l'hôtel en lui même est super! Je recommande!

A mistake.

Pros: The Staff were excellent.
Cons: Updating the old fashioned rooms.
Location: Not possible to walk to any interesting places or shops, but there was a five pound shuttle bus to Heathrow, where one can catch a tube into London.
This Hotel desperately requires refurbishing! I was thankful that it was possible to open the window (even though it was blocked at only 4 inches) as the room smelt so musty and mouldy that I hated to return. Unfortunately my booking was untransferable, so I could not change to the Holiday Inn next door. Sorry to be negative but this is fact.
