We had a wonderful experience at The Westminster London, Curio Collection by Hilton. The staff was super friendly and very helpful in any of our plans. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and modern hotel. We felt safe and comfortable here. Front desk staff and tour assistants were very warm & helpful. Our only minor qualm is that daily cleaning/room service did not go above and beyond like the other staff in the hotel. For example, not swapping out used cups, not leaving extra supplies in the room and neglecting to leave adequate clean towels. Replenishment of supplies was very minimal. Otherwise, a lovely stay.

The accomodations were lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spa like. Nice to come back to after a long day of walking. The breakfasts were just ok. The coffee machines were constantly breaking so it became almost impossible to get a cup of decade coffee. The one time I had some potatoes which they had just put out they were cold. So not great food.

Great Review except for Breakfast

Very nice hotel. Room was well laid out with plenty of space. Small walk in closet!! Shower and toilet in separate rooms with sink and large counter space outside. UK bathroom cannot gave elec sockets. With the sink outside there was a socket for hair dryer, etc. Nice. Very comfortable bed! The only downside was breakfast. Large hotel, so breakfast room was always crowded. No fruit or veggies, omkette station, but on day 1 the line was long and at least a 30 min wait! Only one person making omelette when the breakfast room easily sat 50-60 people. Day 2 arrived early and only waited 20 min in the omelette line, but no coffee cups and had to wait 15 min after asking 2 people to please bring cups. Day 3, omelette line crazy long again. Otherwise, the hotel is in a biz/apt area with few restsurants or pubs nearby. Closest a10-15 min walk.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London. The reservation manager and the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. Unfortunately, Expedia was of no help when an issue with our booking arose, despite my several calls and emails. I have been a loyal Expedia customer for years, booking hotels and flights several times a year, but this experience left me very disappointed. The problem that Expedia told me “could not be resolved” was handled immediately and with a smile by the hotel team upon our arrival. We are truly grateful to them for removing the stress caused by Expedia and making our stay such an enjoyable one.
