It's a little far from transportation if you like to just hop on the tube. Our first room had little bugs in it. They did move us to a different room, but the only consolation we got for the time it took and for the bug situation was a free drink at the bar.

Great pace to stay. Loved the rooms. The only complaint was the breakfast buffet closed 15 min after we arrived but the hostess never informed us. Hence we didn’t get much. When reporting it the front desk was quick to reimburse us. Very impressive.

Good hotel in pleasant location

Hotel is well located in a quiet area for visiting central London. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts were busy but food constantly replenished. It would have been good if greater selection of fresh fruit was offered.

The desk and concierge staff at the Westminster Hotel were outstanding. We had some additional needs while we were there and they went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Davide and Sam were exceptional. Thank you for an excellent stay!

London experience

Hotel was great. Breakfast was delicious. Found the city interesting but very congested. A lot of road construction. Can ride from the port was very expensive!!!!! Out in public watch your purse and wallets.

The location was convenient for visits to the Tate. And the person working the concierge desk was very personable and helpful. The food served for dinner was acceptable, but not worth the price. The food served for breakfast was unacceptable. The warm food (sausages, eggs, etc.) was cold, and the cold food was room temperature. The ceiling of the shower in my room was falling off in small chunks. Overall not the experience I expect from a facility with the Hilton name.
