I splurged on the last part of my trip but was so disappointed that the water was not working on day 1. I couldn’t shower, brush my teeth and I had a cold so I really wanted a hot shower. The hotel offered no compensation- not even a breakfast or discount for the inconvenience. The water in the shower leaked all over the floor, the sealant was not working . The bed was comfortable, it was a nice spacious room. I had called room service to pick up the dirty dishes. No one ever came so I had to call again hours later and just placed it in the hallway. The gym was nice. No one looked up or said hello when I entered the lobby each time. The almonds on the mini bar tasted rancid. I wouldn’t stay here again though the room and gym were nice, I had higher expectations for the price.

This hotel sits at a major intersection of streets and largely residential area. The area is mostly quiet, tidy, leisurely. It takes about a brisk 10-minute walk to the metro station in one direction, and a little less to a large beautiful park in the opposite direction. The interior of the hotel is clean, elegant. The room is spacious and very comfortable.

The location was prefect to walk around the city. The bus service took us to city center and the palace. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and attentive and friendly . Having people at the front desk and resturant was extremely helpful due to the fact we do not speak or understand Spanish .

Hotel is in a nice area and very easy to move to any part of the city, lots of food options close by. It could use an update as its last renovation was many years ago. The main problem is the construction site right in front of the hotel; this is a major modification of the metro line so it will take a long time before the noise gets better; it also limits a lot how easy it is to use public transportation. I wouldn't book this property until the work is finished.

The location and staff were great! However, we booked this hotel because it listed air conditioning, but it was broken in our room. This made sleeping quite difficult and I woke up multiple times with soaking wet pillows. If the A/C worked this would be 4 or 5 stars, but we could rarely get the rest we needed which did affect our trip a little bit. Also, wifi didn't work for out stay but that wasn't as big a deal as the A/C.

This is a Good property for a business visit.Or conference but maybe not as much for tourist. There's probably about a mile and a half walk to the touristy areas. But overall a really nice clean hotel with good staff.

El hotel y el servicio excelente, todo impecable. Personal muy amable y zona segura, y bien comunicada. Cuarto amplio cama firme y baño en excelentes condiciones. Solamente que están haciendo excavaciones para la construcción de otra línea del metro. Se puede llegar sin problemas y la entrada principal está sin ninguna obstrucción.

LOTS of construction outside the front of Hotel

Hotel is very nice. Great location. Walking distance to everything. Nice brunch at the location. But our room was facing the front of hotel and there is a massive amount of construction outside the window as they are completely repairing the roads. Looks like the project will go on for awhile. Starting early like 7am the construction crews, tractors, & cranes arrive and make a ton of noise. Waking us up very early in the room.
