Wall eletrical sockets should be able to accept international electrical plugs and/or usb sockets for usb cable. There are none. Not acceptable for this in that location that takes in international travellers

AC did not cool room enough. Bathroom had heat lamps that were automatic, brought in too much heat on 95 degree day. Room needed a refresh, especially the carpet. Dinner was poor quality. Buffet breakfast was wonderful!

This location is close to the airport and they supply a GREAT shuttle service to the airport. We did not realize our room did not include a microwave or a kettle. We were able to buy coffee from the restaurant in the hotel. No food establishments close, but if you want to walk 20-30 minutes there are fast food and grocery stores.

Like: friendly, easy check in, nice clean room, on time shuttle to airport and very nice restaurant. Not like: maybe it was operator error but I could only get warm water from the shower with hot on max. Yet the sink faucet had hot water. I would still return to this Hotel if flying out of Madrid
