The person that checked us in says that our room isn’t ready even though it was almost 3pm and that if we signed up for Hilton reward she could give us another room for free, which she gave us two queens instead of our king. The room had a broken toilet, so we had to get another room. And she didn’t even give us cookies.

The room had odd scrapping and creaking sounds at intervals all night, the first night of our stay. The housekeeping staff, even after requesting that our room be cleaned, never cleaned the room. The front desk staff were very helpful in assisting our needs to add an extra day because of flight delays however. I would only recommend this hotel as a last resort for travelers.
