This property was not what I expected for a 5 star hotel. My room was smaller than what we booked (they may have given us the wrong room). The hotel staff forgot to clean our room for us on Friday. Water leaked when my girlfriend showered. The valet would sometimes forget to get my car. Not enough outlets and lighting in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and nice which was good. The hotel was clean. However, the elevators were shaking sometimes. Also the elevators were jam packed between hotel guess and people coming just for their rooftop club/bar. It was inconvenient. They need a separate elevator. Also sometimes I would call the main front desk and they would not answer unless I call them on my personal cell phone. On the bright side- I loved their pools and workout center. I would’ve given this hotel better review if it was not as expensive as it was because I’ve spent less money on other places but had better experience.

This hotel was so beautiful and the amenities are amazing. I was there for a solo trip and felt so safe. When I checked in the upgraded me to a corner king because I am a Gold member on Expedia and got VIP perks. I will definitely be staying here again.
