No A/C (in any of the 3 rooms we had). No parking, had to park a 10 minute walk away in an unsafe area. No wash cloths. Outdated everything. Lumpy floors. Huge 3” lip in floor at bathroom door to trip you every time you go in. Terrible stay. Would NEVER stay here again. Complete dump!

The property smelled like mold. Our bathroom had hair on the floor, the sheet rock was pealing at the shower and mold was growing on the wall. The air vent was covered in dust. Our room was 76 degrees, i turned it to 71 degrees and it only got to 73 degrees 24 hours later. The only good thing about this place was our mattress.

This property, that we stayed at several years ago and was phenomenal, has deteriorated beyond belief. The front desk staff other than one Russian girl, were rude; the in room phone had no dial tone; there were no working ice machines on several floors; we had no "do not disturb" sign and almost had housekeeping walk in while we were showering; no in-room fridge or microwave; musty odor; no USB ports and only two working outlets in the room; front desk had detergent but were unable to provide quarters for the laundry; the pool was closed - shall I go on??? We spent two days in the Hilton Blue Lagoon and the comparison is night and day with Holiday Inn being the worst hotel we've stayed at. Housekeeping staff was unable to answer the simplest of questions regardless of whether I asked in English or Spanish.

The air conditioning didn’t work at all, it was 85 in our room. The staff didn’t speak much English only Spanish so they had no idea what we were asking. We had no pillows for the pull out. The pull out was gross and we think it had bed bugs!!

My room was changed 3 times because the shower water to hot, the ac wasn’t working, and the room wasn’t clean by house keeping. I went from room 307,802, to 805! Very disappointing. My room on the first day never received house keeping. I was embarrassed and disappointed. I also had guest with me and talked highly of this hotel.

Very friendly staff! Easy and relatively cheap transportation to the Port of Miami! Rooms were left open walls were discolored from the smoking room days and the complimentary breakfast cost $27!!!

The air conditioning was broken from before we checked in. No one bothered to tell us at check-in. When we got into our room it was 78 degrees and climbing. We lowered the ac thinking maybe it was just set too high. It was blowing some cold air. We left to get lunch. When we returned a few hours later the ac read 84. We went downstairs to the desk and was finally told the ac was broken. They gave us the option to completely cancel. So we did. I would have canceled when we arrived if I would have known from the beginning it was broken.

The hotel needs to be remodeled. The 2 rooms(switched from 1 room to another) had an odor of mildew...not so comfortable beds and just old batroom setups. I would not stay there again

The room is very clean, super naive how they folded the towels. The furniture and the carpet are new. Hallway is well done clean and new carpets and furniture. The air conditioner is in great condition. The lobby needs some good smell. I saw the breakfast area looks beautiful. The reception team is polite and the ladies from room service are sweet. The view is amazing.
