The place is in the perfect area. Bayside is across which it was very convenient. We stayed here to be closer to the Carnival Cruise port. We only stay one night to catch the cruise the next day. The room where we stayed had 3 queen bed and sofa bed. There were 6 ppl staying with us. My friend was complaining about the room smelling a lot a mold and she told me she saw a cacarouge on the TV stand. I was like really? An hour later I saw one in the bathroom sink. Lol I was like well, hopefully they dont come to bed with us. Other than that I just needed a place to sleep to catch the cruise the next day.

Staff a check in was outstanding, I wish I had got the ladies name! Rooms show their age but we’re clean and comfortable. Bayfront park right across the street easy walk. Lots of restaurants and shops

This hotel is very dated, the rooms have broken furniture (the couch in our room specifically), the lobby is very warm, and the staff are very unprofessional. However, the views from our room were spectacular and the beds were very comfortable. In addition, it is in a fantastic location.

The staff was terrific very friendly, very helpful. Check in was smooth and easy. Room was dated. Hotel is dated. Rooms with cruise port view are on a very busy road. Largest issue was not really noise, but the lights from cars on the road. Transportation to port was great. Super easy to get a shuttle and not very expensive. Breakfast buffet was decent. Dinner in restaurant was decent. Nothing wow, but not bad.
