He is so courteous, respectful, sweet and very knowledgeable about the area, the hotel, and what to do around town. The bell hop crew is kind, soft spoken, and swift. The room was very clean, but for a penthouse floor I expected smarter amenities: no bedside outlets, no bathroom hooks, and only one mirror located in the bathroom.
