We stayed one night at Una after travelling 30hours from Australia to Milan. We had two half days before we had to travel again. The hotel is an easy flat walk from the train which was very convenient. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The pool was great for a swim after a long flight. The small gym had good equipment. We went shopping on Corso Buenos Aires which was great. We went on the metro to see the Duomo etc which was very easy. It was a successful stay. Would stay again.

No Hot Tub!!

Pool was cold and there was no hot tub, as indicated which is why we booked this hotel after dealing with a loooong travel day due to the strike in Italy. We were very disappointed but not the hotel’s fault! They had saunas but we were looking so soak in a hot tub so the cold pool was also not inviting.

I feel maintenance to the room could have been better. Hairdryer needed replacing and sink basin plug did not work. The reception staff did try and help but these problems should have been resolved before the next guests arrived to use the room. Other than that the hotel is well situated to get around Milan,

Room was great, the same as in the pictures on the web site! Had the junior suite and worked really well. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast ok, cheap and cheerful, breakfast staff less friendly, closed part of restaurant area even though still busy. Gym / pool / sauna / steam room, ok for a hotel. Would recommend.

Hotel is in a good location right on top of Lima metro station. You can hear the trains rumble throughout the hotel but this did not impact our sleep. The roof top bar and the team that staffed it are excellent. The restaurant staff and the majority of front of house staff seemed miserable and it felt like they wanted to quit their jobs. This is my 4th stay at an UNA hotel and my previous experience has always been very positive and so by comparison, my overall experience here with miserable staff, was a disappointment (except for the excellent team in the roof top bar).

My experience was disappointing, starting with a poor first impression & continuing downhill from there. I booked online &, as always, took extra care to ensure the accommodations met my specific needs & expectations before making a reservation. However, the images used to advertise the hotel were misleading. I was initially given a room with a shower so small I could barely turn around in it. The photos for the room category I booked clearly showed a standard, more comfortable shower. When I raised this concern, I was told that my room tier only comes with that small shower and that all rooms in that class are the same. It was only after I showed the front desk staff the images from the booking site & stated that I would need to find another hotel that they suddenly found not one, but two rooms in my category with the appropriate, pictured shower. Another major issue was the hot tub, which is basically cold water with jets. The waterfall doesn't work & the staff is not hospitable. Horrible experience. Nasty people, tiny rooms, no coffee maker, no microwave, cold hot tub...ugg
