It was wonderful to be so close to aĺ the main attractions and the rooms were clean and updated. Although i tried to speak Italian, the staff was well versed in English. Most importantly to me, the staff booked my taxis so i didnt get ripped off. Breakfast was fabulous.

Probably one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in my life. Rude front desk. Tiny washroom and bath. The water kept going warm and cold. We could never order uber because of its location.

Property is in good location but very dated. Everything starting from furniture to bathroom is very old. Feels like you are staying at someone’s old house not hotel. So would not recommend to stay there.

The rooms were okay, breakfast was not great, the gentleman making the coffee certainly does not like his job, the coffee maybe there was something wrong with the coffee beans but the americano coffee was warm then we tried a coffee latte it didn't taste good then we tried a coffee maciano and it didn't taste good either so we switched to tea cuz you know we couldn't go wrong with tea, definitely overpriced.

Hotel is nice, 3 star. Staff was arrogant. Staff entered our room during the day while we were gone for no reason. The pool was cold and we asked about the hot tub and staff told us no hot tub. Surrounding area was nice. Self parking was €40.00 per day plus €7.50 for emissions permit.

Milan was 96 degrees (36 Celsius) and the air conditioner did not work for the 4 days we stayed. The staff was not helpful at all!!!! WE WOULD NEVER GO BACK!!!
