It was a nice stay. The noise of the train station was a slight annoyance, but no fault of the hotel. Our only real issue came as we were leaving for the airport. We needed out car out of the parking garage and the desk clerk was unable to help us or find someone that could. My husband had to go down in the valet parking garage and search for our car. This caused undue stress as we had asked more than once that it wouldn't be a problem as we needed to be at the airport around 6am.

This property has a great location for accessibility. It is located right across the street from the train station and a quick easy 5 minute walk to the town square. The staff are so friendly! They all spoke English which was greatly appreciated. The restaurant is wonderful, we had their breakfast buffet each morning and the food and service were great. Property is very clean and parking was available in their garage. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient for train station

Convenient location next to train station and 15 minute walk to old town. I didn't hear any noise from the station due to my room location, but my colleague did (with an open window). Would stay again.

Great hotel with friendly staff and my room was nicely fitted out. Hotels in Paris usually have limited space so the room size was slightly better than my last hotel in Paris which is located in a more touristy area. Great location right on top of a station which is not a major station like Montparnasse so slight less complicated. That said the area is filled with restaurants and bars so it could get rowdy at night. If you want more boring or quiet areas, stay in the areas around Effiel tower cuz there's not much night life there. One thing the staff could do better at check in is to offer upgrade because I chose a standard room which was ok but the view was no view because it faces the back and I only saw rooftops.

Two night stay in Munich wanted a place which was walkable to the old city. Large property next to train station has very limited parking only for EV`s so you have to pay to park at a public car park behind the hotel the hotel does discount the cost of parking. Nice restaurant with attentive staff had a good breakfast every day and we dinned both nights in the restaurant as well. Room was small but fairly modern we were on the 6th floor so fairly quiet inside the hotel. however with windows open very noisy and the side we were on is a full time taxi rank so a lot of traffic all the time. Also a lot of noise at night. New for us in that the air conditioner only turns on when you close the window in the room its not noted by the control panel so i had to ask night staff on first night as it was too hot in the room and the person who came was very abrupt in telling us how it worked the control panel is very small and not very clear either. We used the spa it has a nice sauna and steam room you do have to let them know when you want to use these so they can turn them on. Small gym with some basic equipment is adequate for travelers. There are showers in the spa one was out of service and the other was ok but finding a balance between cold and burning hot was a challenge with the controls. Good location for travelers by train as its just across from the station and a easy walk to old town Munich to see the tourist areas.
